1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and TheSelfLicensing ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") concerning your access to and use of our website and services. 2. Services Description

TheSelfLicensing provides professional license management services, including but not limited to:

We act as an intermediary between clients and government agencies. We do not guarantee approval of any license application, as final decisions rest with the relevant government authorities.

3. User Responsibilities

3.1 Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when using our services. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your information and promptly updating any changes.

3.2 Compliance with Laws

You agree to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations in connection with your use of our services. You are responsible for ensuring that your business activities comply with all licensing requirements.

3.3 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Fees and Payment

4.1 Service Fees

You agree to pay all fees associated with the services you request. Our fees are separate from government filing fees, which are paid directly to the relevant agencies. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

4.2 Payment Terms

Payment is due upon order placement unless alternative arrangements have been made in writing. We accept major credit cards and electronic payments. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred.

4.3 Late Payments

If payment is not received when due, we reserve the right to suspend services until payment is made. Late payments may be subject to interest charges of 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted by law, whichever is less.

5. Service Guarantees and Limitations

5.1 No Guarantee of Approval

While we use our best efforts to prepare and submit accurate applications, we cannot and do not guarantee that any license application will be approved by government authorities. Approval decisions are made solely by the relevant government agencies.

5.2 Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on our service fees (excluding government filing fees and third-party costs). If you are not satisfied with our services within 30 days of engagement, you may request a full refund of our service fees.

5.3 Turnaround Times

Processing times provided are estimates only. Actual processing times depend on government agency workload and are beyond our control. We are not liable for delays caused by government agencies.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of TheSelfLicensing or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TheSelfLicensing shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Damages arising from government agency decisions or delays
• Damages exceeding the amount paid for our services in the preceding 12 months

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TheSelfLicensing and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from:

• Your use of our services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any law or regulation
• Information you provide to us
• Your infringement of any third-party rights

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately. Termination does not relieve you of any payment obligations incurred prior to termination.

10. Dispute Resolution

10.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10.2 Arbitration

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association's rules, except where prohibited by law. The arbitration shall take place in Brooklyn, New York.

10.3 Class Action Waiver

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.

12. Changes to Terms
